Ask for reviews, catch complaints, reply fast
Review & Reputation Automation by Deepzeta AI asks customers for a review at the right moment after a service, alerts your manager when someone is unhappy, and drafts replies to your Google reviews for you to approve. It is for UAE clinics, restaurants, hotels and service companies that want reviews requested and answered without chasing them by hand.

Before and after
Where reputation slips

Example flow
How Review & Reputation Automation works
Review & Reputation Automation listens for the end of a service, asks for the review, and keeps watch for what customers say afterwards. Here is one example flow for a home maintenance company; the trigger, the timing and the wording are set up around your business.
- · The job is marked doneYour technician finishes an AC maintenance visit and marks the job complete in your job system.
- · The review request goes outAt the time you set, the customer gets a WhatsApp thank-you with a link to review you on Google.
- · A complaint reaches the managerIf the customer replies that something went wrong, your manager gets an alert to call them straight away.
- · AI drafts a replyWhen a new Google review appears, AI drafts a reply in the language of the review, Arabic or English.
- · The manager approves itYour manager approves or edits the draft, and the reply is posted under your business name.
- · The monthly reportEach month, a report sums up new reviews, their ratings and the replies sent.

Is review automation right for you?
Review & Reputation Automation suits businesses that serve customers in person or on site and want asking for reviews to be routine. It is a best-fit automation for healthcare and dentists and for hospitality and restaurants, and part of the Quote-to-Cash System for technical services and maintenance companies. Ask yourself these questions first.
A good fit for
- Clinics and dental practices that see patients by appointment
- Restaurants and hotels whose guests leave reviews on Google
- Technical services, maintenance and fit-out companies that finish jobs on site
- Do you ask for reviews only when you remember?
- Then automatic requests after a service make asking a routine instead of an afterthought.
- Do Google reviews wait days for a reply?
- Then AI-drafted replies leave your manager with a quick check and an approval.
- Have you learned about a problem from a public review?
- Then manager alerts on complaints give your team the chance to act straight away.
- Do you know every customer personally and ask in person?
- Then asking face to face may be enough for now. A free AI audit shows where automation would pay back first.

FAQ
Questions about review automation
What it costs, how it handles complaints and Arabic reviews, and what it can’t promise.
What does Review & Reputation Automation cost?
Review & Reputation Automation is priced after a free AI audit, because the cost depends on how your business runs. The drivers are what triggers each request, such as your calendar, CRM or job system, how many locations you have, and which channels the requests use. After the audit, you get the quote in writing with clear next steps.
How soon can review requests start going out?
We give a timeframe after the free AI audit, once we know what should trigger each request. Sending requests from a booking calendar is a smaller build than connecting a job system, adding manager alerts and drafting replies to Google reviews. You choose the wording of each request and how soon after a service it goes out.
Will this raise our Google rating?
Nobody can promise a higher Google rating, because your customers write the reviews. What the system changes is the routine: requests go out after a service, complaints reach your manager quickly, and each new Google review gets a drafted reply. The monthly report lets you follow reviews, ratings and replies over time and judge the change yourself.
Which review sites and business systems does it connect to?
Review & Reputation Automation drafts replies to Google reviews and takes its trigger from your calendar, CRM or job system. Requests go out through the WhatsApp Business API, SMS or email, and the CRMs we connect include HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Odoo. If another review site matters to you, raise it in the free AI audit and we will check what it allows.
Can the AI reply to reviews written in Arabic?
Yes: the AI drafts replies in Arabic or English, so each reply can match the language of the review. Your manager reads every draft before it is posted and can adjust the tone. Review requests themselves can go out in Arabic, English or both, set for each customer.
What customer data does review automation use?
Review requests use the contact details your calendar, CRM or job system already holds, plus the date of the service. Every project we build also carries our data rules: consent wording, limits on who sees what and for how long, and a log of what each AI step does. Because your manager approves every reply, a person checks for private details before anything goes public.
What happens when a customer replies that they are unhappy?
An unhappy reply triggers an alert to your manager straight away, with the customer’s message, so they can call and put things right. Draft replies to public reviews still wait for approval, so nothing goes out in a hurry or in anger.
